IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to Brexit we have to re-route all orders from the United Kingdom through our Dutch company (ACS NL). We need to do this to avoid extra custom tax costs on your order and delivery. Therefore the shipping time is slightly longer. This way you won’t need to pay additional costs for receiving your products. We will do anything to handle everything as quick as possible!

The shipping costs are conveniently applied automatically during checkout to ensure you get the appropriate shipping option for your order. All orders are shipped using a track and trace code – handled by PostNL and Correos. Delivery should take between 5-10 days (when everything goes well at our friends of Correos ;)).

Please visit PostNL to track your order.After placing an order for a non custom product your order will be processed and despatched by the next working day (subject to availability). Once despatched you will receive an order despatch e-mail from us. If your order qualifies for a tracked shipping option then the e-mail will contain the PostNL tracking number.

Custom Products

After placing an order for custom products your order is automatically logged on to our system. When we receive your ear impressions you will be sent an e-mail informing you that your order has entered production. Once your order has been completed and passed through quality control then you will receive an order despatch e-mail. If your order qualifies for a tracked shipping option then the e-mail will contain the PostNL tracking number.

*We aim to have your custom order ready within 7-10 working days of receiving your ear impressions, however during extremely busy periods this may be extended to 10-14 working days. If you want to find out our current turnaround and when to expect your order please email us.

Invoicing

An invoice is automatically generated after your order has been despatched, and the invoice will be e-mailed to you straight away.

If you are not in the Spain, ACS have a network of international partners who can accept your order.
